Delete Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes it and all of its data from our servers. It can't be undone.
01Delete in the App (fastest)
Deletion in the App takes effect immediately, on Android and iPhone alike:
- Open MyAutoLog and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings and find the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
02Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the App installed or can't sign in, email us from the address registered to your account:
- To support [at] tapronix [dot] com
- Subject Delete my MyAutoLog account
- Include The email address you use to sign in
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from that email address. We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when it's done.
03What Gets Deleted
- Your account and the email address used to sign in
- All vehicles, odometer readings, service and modification history, fuel and charging entries, reminders, and notes
- Photos, receipts, and documents you uploaded
- Vehicle spec sheets and account settings
- Your subscription status record
Everything is removed from our servers when the deletion completes; we don't keep a copy. Data still stored on your own devices (or, on iPhone, in your personal iCloud) stays there until you delete the App or its data.
04Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a MyAutoLog Pro subscription. Cancel it where you bought it:
- Android: Google Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MyAutoLog → Cancel.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyAutoLog → Cancel Subscription.
Google and Apple keep their own records of past purchases under their own policies.
