01The Service

MyAutoLog helps you track vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, documents, and service reminders. All of your data is stored in your personal iCloud account or locally on your device. Tapronix LLC does not operate a backend server that stores your vehicle data, and we do not have access to the information you enter into the App.

Tapronix LLC reserves the right to introduce, modify, or retract App features at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding new features, redesigning existing features, retiring features that are underused or no longer maintainable, and moving features between the free and Pro tiers. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through in-app messaging or release notes, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

03Your Data and Privacy

All vehicle records, photos, documents, and service history you enter are stored in:

• Your personal iCloud container (when iCloud sync is enabled), managed by Apple, or
• The local storage of your device.

Tapronix LLC does not collect, view, transmit, or store this vehicle data on any server we operate. The App does use a third-party measurement provider to understand the performance of our advertising, which involves limited technical and usage data (not your vehicle records). 04Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MyAutoLog offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro features can be unlocked through one of the following in-app purchases:

Subscription Renewal

Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time:

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered for a subscription, it converts automatically into the paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.

05Lifetime Unlock — What "Lifetime" Means

The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants access to all current Pro features for as long as MyAutoLog remains available and operational on the App Store. Specifically:

If Tapronix LLC ever decides to discontinue MyAutoLog, we will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice within the App and on our website, and where reasonable, to ensure that locally stored data remains accessible on your device for as long as possible.

06App Store Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for these transactions, and Apple's standard Media Services Terms and Conditions apply to all in-app purchases. This includes Apple's refund and dispute policies, which take precedence over any conflicting provisions in these Terms regarding payment processing.

07License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tapronix LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyAutoLog on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
• Attempt to circumvent any subscription, license, or in-app purchase controls.

08iCloud and Third-Party Services

MyAutoLog uses Apple's iCloud service to store and synchronize your data. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms. Tapronix LLC is not responsible for outages, data loss, or limitations of iCloud or any other third-party service. The App may also reference data from public sources (such as the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vPIC database for VIN decoding); we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of such third-party data.

The App also uses a third-party advertising-measurement provider (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the performance of our app-install advertising. This collects limited device and usage data and is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, meaning you can decline or revoke tracking at any time. 09AI Chat Feature

MyAutoLog includes an optional AI Chat feature that allows you to ask questions about your vehicle and maintenance. When you use this feature, your message (and any optional attachments) is sent to a third-party AI service provider solely to generate a response. Tapronix LLC does not retain the contents of your AI Chat messages on our own servers.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any maintenance, repair, or safety-related information before acting on it. Do not rely on AI Chat as a substitute for professional automotive advice or your vehicle's official service manual.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

MyAutoLog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The App is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It does not constitute professional automotive advice. You are responsible for verifying maintenance schedules, service intervals, and any other information that may impact the safety or operation of your vehicle.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tapronix LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of vehicle value, missed maintenance, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Tapronix LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12Changes to These Terms

Tapronix LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the App where reasonable.

13Termination

You may stop using MyAutoLog at any time by uninstalling the App. Tapronix LLC may suspend or terminate access to certain features if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period or one-time purchase, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Tapronix LLC is registered in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that State, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
